The dining experience begins with an amuse-bouche, followed by a series of exquisite dishes including Korean beef tartare with grapefruit scallop salad tartlet, shrimp ceviche, and grilled seabass wrapped in banana leaves. The main course features a tenderloin steak, culminating in a delightful dessert of vanilla and chocolate mousse accompanied by roasted bananas and coconut ice cream in a mille-feuille.
Priced at 130,000 KRW per person, this exclusive dinner menu will be available for three days only. A spokesperson for the hotel expressed hopes that the event would allow guests to experience the unique culinary identity of the MGallery Collection in celebration of its anniversary.
