Deliverbird Korea has streamlined all these processes. Instead of mobile phone authentication, they offer PayPal verification, and their combined packaging service has garnered explosive responses. This service consolidates items ordered from multiple shopping malls into a single package at Deliverbird Korea’s logistics center, reducing shipping costs by approximately 70%.

Kim emphasized that trust is the cornerstone of the reverse direct purchase market. Deliverbird Korea has enhanced transparency by providing real-time tracking information, including tracking numbers, packaging photos, and weights of products. As a result, the repurchase rate among international users is an impressive 60%.

The company’s growth can also be attributed to its flexible organizational culture, which encourages innovation and responsiveness to market changes.
