The girl group Kep1er is once again setting their sights on fans with a striking and daring performance.
On the afternoon of the 31st, Kep1er (Choi Yujin, Shaoting, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, and Huening Bahiyyih) released their eighth mini album CRACK CODE.
The album title CRACK CODE signifies the moment when one’s inner self awakens as the unstable inner psyche breaks down. The title track KILLA, along with tracks like I am Kep1, MIC CHECK, ITZY..., and Addicted 2 Ya, comprises a total of five songs.
Having transformed into a cool, rebellious girl in their previous work Bubblegum, Kep1er returns with a more intense and darker mood this time around.
The title track KILLA is an electronic hip-hop genre that combines powerful lead synths with trap-based drum sounds. It narrates the story of breaking down the limitations that have held one back, awakening as a true killer, and facing hidden true selves, all set to a sharp beat that enhances its appeal.
