“Brain City Anne Nature Miraedo,” a large-scale residential complex located in Pyeongtaek’s Brain City, has won the Grand Prize for Best Apartment Design at the 2026 Korea Future Architecture Awards, hosted by The Chosun Ilbo.

The award recognizes innovative architectural design and forward-looking residential planning, with support from major construction and housing associations in Korea.

The judging panel praised the project for its balanced approach to real-life living design, urban completeness, green environment integration, and future scalability.

The complex consists of 1,413 units and features a layout centered on residential comfort, including south-facing buildings, wide spacing between structures, and optimized natural lighting and ventilation.
