Webcash Global Supplies WeCMS to Planet Electronics Vietnam for Fund Management
Webcash Global announced on the 30th that it has supplied its fund management solution, WeCMS, to Planet Electronics Vietnam branch, marking its entry into the Vietnamese corporate fund management market.
Recently, Webcash Global completed the WeCMS implementation project for the Planet Electronics Vietnam branch. This project is the first case of providing CMS services to medium and large enterprises in Vietnam, accelerating its expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
WeCMS is an integrated fund management solution designed specifically for medium and large enterprises in Vietnam. It connects with Vietnamese banks and the National Tax Service to manage sales and purchases while allowing real-time monitoring of cash flow.
Additionally, WeCMS supports the management of exchange rates and bank transaction histories, corporate card usage records, electronic tax invoice issuance and inquiries, and integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, enabling companies to manage their finance and accounting tasks within a single system.
Previously, businesses had to manage multiple bank accounts and financial systems individually. However, with the introduction of WeCMS, integrated management is now possible through a single solution. This integration has significantly improved the efficiency of cash operations and management visibility for the Vietnam branch, as explained by the company.
A key feature of WeCMS is its internal control function based on authority management. Once account information is registered, regular employees can only view and transfer funds within a pre-set range. Transfers are activated only after the expenditure resolution and approval processes are completed. This feature helps to preemptively block risks of embezzlement, such as unauthorized withdrawals or false documentation generation.
