Exclusive APEC 2025 Korea Edition Museum Goods Launch at National Museum

The National Museum of Korea is set to release limited edition museum goods, including items like the Shilla Smile Pouch, Tiger Tray, Celadon Keyring, and Celadon Teacup Set. This initiative is a collaboration with the renowned dessert brand, Lee Jang-Woo Walnut Cake, known for its traditional Korean pastries. The project aims to celebrate the successful hosting of the APEC 2025 summit in Gyeongju, and it is a joint effort between the youth enterprise FG and the National Museum of Korea Cultural Foundation.
The National Museum of Korea, which has recently captured public attention with the Kedahan phenomenon, is working with young businesses to introduce innovative products that resonate with contemporary audiences. The collaboration between traditional desserts like walnut cake and traditional cultural heritage souvenirs from the museum is particularly noteworthy, drawing significant public interest. This partnership embodies the message that the most Korean things are the most global.
Starting from the 24th of this month, a pop-up store titled Buchang Confectionery X National Museum Goods Collaboration will be held at the Shinsegae Department Store in Gangnam, where limited edition products and popular museum goods will be available for purchase. Following this event, the APEC edition lineup will be revealed sequentially on Buchang Confectionerys official Instagram account. The limited edition includes popular items such as the Shilla Smile Pouch, Tiger Tray, Celadon Keyring, and Celadon Teacup Set.
In celebration of this collaboration, Buchang Confectionery has also introduced a new seasonal limited edition gift set featuring Purple Honey Sweet Potato Walnut Cake. This sweet treat encapsulates the deliciousness of sweet potatoes combined with the rich flavor of walnuts, showcasing the unique flavors of Korean cuisine.
