Yongsan Presidential Office Briefing Room Featured in New Talk Show
The briefing room of the Yongsan Presidential Office is gaining attention as it makes its debut on a variety show for the first time. SBS has announced that in the newly launched talk show Star Talk: Report Report Report (hereafter referred to as Report Report Report), the briefing room will be visited, and the spokesperson for the presidential office, Kang Yoo-jung, will be featured.
Kang Yoo-jung, under the title The Earthling Who Communicates, will meet with MC Jang Do-yeon to showcase the daily life and duties of a spokesperson. The premise of Report Report Report is that the MCs are aliens who have landed on Earth, and each episode will explore conversations with human guests.
In a preview clip released, Kang stated, "I will brief on behalf of Jang Do-yeon." The format involves Jang Do-yeon making statements, which Kang then translates into the language of a spokesperson, providing a briefing experience.
When Jang commented, "I had to wake up at 4 AM due to scheduling constraints for the location, and it was very hectic," Kang interpreted this by saying, "Unlike usual, you had to wake up early in the morning and were very busy preparing."
In response to Jangs remark, "I just want to go home and relax with a beer," Kang conveyed, "Jang Do-yeon expressed difficulty, as if she were using a foreign language, due to doing something different from her usual work. She mentioned wanting to have a comfortable time after returning home."
Later, when Jang expressed, "I miss my friends from outer space," with an exaggerated vocal sound, Kang responded, "Jang Do-yeon expressed her inner thoughts in an honest manner. I would like to respect that part and convey it," which caused Jang to burst into laughter and collapse in her seat, exclaiming, "Wow, bravo!" while clapping her hands.
Alongside Kang, the show aims to provide a unique glimpse into the intersection of government duties and entertainment, highlighting the lighter side of a spokespersons role in an engaging format.
