BLACKPINK Kicks Off Music Video Shoot for Upcoming Comeback

K-pop group BLACKPINK is ramping up for their much-anticipated comeback by starting the filming of their new music video.
On the 20th, YG Entertainment announced, "BLACKPINK has commenced shooting the music video for their new song this week. Both the members and the staff are committed to giving their best in the remaining schedule to present the highest quality results."
The agency expressed gratitude to the fans eagerly awaiting BLACKPINKs return, stating, "We would like to thank the fans who have been waiting for BLACKPINK’s comeback. The album is currently in the final stages to enhance its musical completeness. We will share good news through official promotions as soon as preparations are complete."
While it has been reported that BLACKPINK is aiming for a comeback in mid-December, the agency clarified that "no set schedule has been established."
This upcoming release will mark BLACKPINKs first album since their second studio album, Born Pink, which was released in 2022. If a new album is released this year, it will be their first comeback in three years.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK has been connecting with fans around the world through their new world tour DEADLINE, which kicked off in Goyang in July. After successfully completing their North American and European stadium tours, they began their Asian tour with a performance in Taiwan on the 18th.
